I'm having trouble finding Zan Lei. Does she only appear after a certain point in the Winds of Change quest-line? 50.80.254.104 08:03, 26 November 2013 (UTC)
- I haven't checked to see if she has moved, but last time I looked she was on the way to Raisu Pavillion in the area near Azume, in the same square but opposite the Imperial Quartermasters. -Chieftain Alex 08:14, 26 November 2013 (UTC)
