Nice skill for attackers

This one is nice because the paragon can pay for it just by tossing a spear attack his/herself, let alone energy from Leadership attribute. Low energy Warriors in the group who are heavy on skills like Power Attack will appreciate the extra energy, and rangers with high Expertise for high-efficiency attacks will get enough energy for a few attacks too.
