Template talk:N-color

The green used for Necromancer stuff - skill tables, etc - is incredibly hard on the eyes. It's too bright compared to the colors used for other skills. Would there be a problem with me (or anyone else) updating it to be something more user-friendly? --Shifuimam 19:29, 21 January 2013 (UTC)

- It would have been much better if you had brought this up, and then waited for comments and some form of concensus before changing a template used on over 8000 pages twice, but your colour choice is pretty good.
- I'd comment that black text doesn't stand out very much from the dark shade, and also that many users will have setup userspace templates to match the old colours - still, please don't revert your edit or carry out another change to this template until after further consultation. --Chieftain Alex 19:53, 21 January 2013 (UTC)
- Edit: On further dpl examination of all occurances of the nec-color template in the mainspace, none of them use the darker colour. I don't see a problem with your colour changes then :) (also you've managed to keep the colours different enough from the ranger template which is great.) Chieftain Alex 20:04, 21 January 2013 (UTC)
- AHHH sorry! D: I wasn't trying to be a butt - I legitimately didn't know if anyone would even notice that I posted on the discussion page here. I know activity in the game has dropped off and figured the wiki would be the same way. I'm cool with reverting it - apologies again! -Shifuimam 22:59, 21 January 2013 (UTC)
- Lol. Oh we notice. Just leave this template be, your new colours are fine and I doubt anyone who hasn't noticed already will mind :P Chieftain Alex 09:52, 22 January 2013 (UTC)
