Sorry, the community has decided that stub tags are warnings about incompleteness. If they are to be warnings, they have to be clear. We are warning that the article is incomplete, not that the article hasn't yet been completed. The two are very different things. I also strongly object to removing the "Warning". Warnings that don't mention their warning-nature will be ignored. S 14:57, 15 February 2007 (PST)
