Hello, Elenya, and welcome to the Official Guild Wars Wiki! If you need help with anything, don't hesitate to add a message to my talk page. I highly recommend that you check out the "Welcome to the wiki" page - it's extremely useful as an initial guide. Best of luck and happy editing! --Cursed Angel 17:37, 19 November 2007 (UTC)

Thank you for the warm welcome :) Elenya 17:44, 19 November 2007 (UTC)
thank you :) --Cursed Angel 17:53, 19 November 2007 (UTC)

hey....im new to this user thing and i accidently changed ur navbar, and i tried to change it back but i dont know how.. im very sorry about that. please reply so i'll know what to do. i'm very sorry. :( -- VictorsGuildWars

(hugs) No worries, my last edit was still there. If you accidentally do it again elsewhere, simply open up the page's history then select your oopsie and the creator's last edit and finally select 'undo' over by your edit. All changes will be reverted back as they were. :) ... It seems from the time of your message here and the time of your last edit of the Navbar, that you figured out how to fix it (I reverted just in case). Elenya 12:49, 21 November 2007 (UTC)

Super random advice

Healing breeze is a bad heal, and it's basically just enchantment-removal bait. Oh and down with the Kurzicks. :) Mango

Actually, after a bit of research I've found it quite an effective alternative for my survivor Ranger in countering degen spikes (the added +5 health regen for 15 or so seconds is nice in a pinch). Should something come along which better fits my playstyle, I may change it at that time. My builds aren't cast in stone nor are they perfect builds; they simply reflect my playstyle and enjoyment in this game. :) ... If I may offer you some advice in return: Criticism without an Alternative is meaningless, some may even consider it spam if they view the contribution history of the source. ;) Elenya 00:49, 4 December 2007 (UTC)
I thought someone would do that, checking my contribs. I was bored. :) And being ignorant of the fact that removing a hex > regening through it (which I first mention here, I know) would be equitable to not having an open mind (ie. "I do ___ like this just because, don't tell me what to do.) Mango
I also use Healing Breeze, and would like to comment to this:
Removing a hex in midbattle mostly results in reapplication of the hex, I personally found this in a lot of battles against mesmers AI. I have noticed a limited enchantment removal usage by the AI compared to a high ammount of degen skills, therefor personally I see healing breeze as an effective countermeasure for not high cost, compared to instant healing. Hexes also aren't the only degens around, there are many conditions that do degen on a character, meaning you'd need both Purge Conditions and Remove Hex (or similar) to deal with bolth, while healing breeze covers bolth while taking only 1 skill slot. In no way am I saying this is the best option, however for me personally it seems to be one of the better options. Also: Hex removal > regen is an oppinion, not a fact. Asuming it is a fact is ignorant on it's own.
In any event, may I suggest we don't criticize people's oppinions on how they like other people's builds, everybody has their own playstyle and builds. -- File:User Clantron sig.gif Clantron 11:39, 4 December 2007 (UTC)
Fine, I'll stop spreading my opinion... but I do suggest you really do more of that "research", certain play styles are quite subpar. Well have a nice day you two. Bye bye. Mango
Tis your opinion, m'lord Mango, but it doesn't make it the best opinion for all players/professions just as mine isn't the best opinion for all. Perhaps you'd be interested in this discussion on the November update to HB. Now to reply to yet another of your insults -- My builds/playstyle may be subpar to you as you stated above, but it matters not to me. I still have fun and enjoy the game, as well as succeed in my goals for my characters. ;) Elenya 00:16, 5 December 2007 (UTC)
