Tips to a successful event

Break up the work load into individual tasks. Organize the event,then thoughtfully and critically examine what you have produced. Effort produces reward. Be prepared to make mistakes be comfortable about making them, improve from it. Creating an event takes longer than you think, but it is more enjoyable than you expect. Aim to be good rather then novel,novelty is overrated,aim to be good.Then you'll be good and maybe novel. A simple well executed concept is a hundred times more valuble than a complicated idea done badly.
