Rules for the league.

Guilds

• Izzy league is not a guild only event sub groups or teams from any set of guilds can be created, but note each guild must choose one Team to represent them, and that Teams status will determine what alliance that guild is in.

Teams

• All teams must include a Team lead, this can change at anytime, but in order for a team to be valid it must have an active team lead.
• Teams don't have to have the same people every match, I have a feeling most teams will end up being the same people but it's not required nor will it be checked
• One person can belong to multiple teams, but keep in mind you cannot be in more then one place at the same time and if two matches are scheduled together it's your job to as a player to manage that.
• Teams can be any number of people allthough I think you might want at least 8.
• Team members can change any time and don't have to be the same between rounds. Note if people are switching what Guild they Represent in order to avoid demotion or promotion well have to make a rule in there, but for now it's real casual.

Game Rules

Skills

• All Izzy league skilled games must use the 200 listed skills.
• One skill one use: If a skill is listed once then you can only have one copy of that skill, if a skill is listed more then once then you may have a number of copies equal to the number of times it is listed.
• Common Skills: The following skills are common and can be used by everyone: Resurrection Signet, Charm Animal (ONLY if you have another beast mastery skill on your bar), Desperation Strike(Only if you have another dagger skill on your bar that is not Fox fangs), Fox Fangs (Only if you have another dagger skill on your bar that is not Desperation Strike).

Tournament Games

• Each Tournament will have a registration time: All Teams must register on the tournament page before that time to be eligible.
• Once a tournament has started one game will be played each week
• Who plays who will be posted on the Tournament page. We will be using Swiss rules
• The player with the highest Tournament Rating will choose the game time. (Because we have teams from all territories unless both teams agree to a time, games must be played on weekends)

This is a harsh rule and I is prone to abuse, please make your best effort to play your game if this starts to become a huge issue and administration of times becomes a big deal, teams involved will be removed from the tournament until they can learn how to find reasonable times, I don't have a lot of time to run this thing so I'm relying on the teams to find reasonable times to play each other. This system has worked for FPS games for years and I hope it works for us here.

• After a game is played both teams should post at least verify the match results are posted on the tournament page for an example of this go here Example Tournament.
• Games will be best 2 out of 3, highest rated team starts the scrim first, then lower team, then higher team.

• All Izzy league tournament games will be played the in the Izzy League guild hall, the maps for each week will be posted on the Tournament Page an example of this can be found here Example Tournament

Heroes

• All teams must be of all players, if you don't have enough to field for a team and can't find anyone then you must play with less then 8.

League Balance

• End the end of each Tournament the Guild who's team with the lowest rating will be demoted to the Izzy League Alliance below them, and the Guild with the Highest rated team will be promoted the Izzy League Alliance above them.
