First, you create a nice image, such as this one:
that I uploaded for you to use for it. So it's easy for you, you click 'my preferences' at the top of page(near your Logged in name), then under the User Profile tab, in the Nickname field, Paste this code:

And make sure the Raw Signature checkbox below is CHECKED and save your settings at bottom of page and Voila, your sig from now on is gonna look kinda like this:
