Setting Up Ventrilo The following steps should lead you to an easy setup of Ventrilo so you can talk to our guild. Should you need any assistance with Ventrilo, contact "Finger My Firewall" for help.

In this order:

• Download the program using http://www.ventrilo.com/download.php
• Open the program
• Press the -> button to the right of the User Name textbox
• Press the New button and enter one of your Guild Wars names
• Press OK until you are back to the main ventrilo screen where you started
• Press the -> button to the right of the Server textbox
• Press the New button and give the server setting any name you want
• Type tss.lithiumhost.com in the Hostname or IP textbox
• Make sure that the Port number is 3784
• Ask any mic enabled guild member for the Password
• Enter Guild (G must be capitalized) in the Default Channel textbox
• Press OK and press the Connect button
• Welcome to the Vent server! :)

For best mic settings:

• Press the Setup button
• With the Voice tab on, uncheck the Play Key Clicks option
• Click in the Hotkey textbox and press a button you would like to use to talk on the mic (Ex: Right Ctrl)
• In the Amplifiers section on the right, set Outbound to 8
• Press OK
