Runes & Insignia's[edit]
- Added a Shadowcrest insignia with the current functionality (assassins only) :
- All your Half ranged assassin spells have twice their normal range.You have -35 health.
The idea behind the Shadowcrest insignia is that only assassins should have offensive shadowsteps since they are balanced around it (I killed any possibility of a instagib chain). And they have it with a drawback aswell. Basicly all shadowsteps are half ranged but because of this insignia assassins still have the full range version.I believe this solution is much more elegant then just the aftercast.
- Changed functionality of Lieutenant's Insignia to :
"Reduces Hex durations on you by 33% Health -35 (Non-stacking) "
Weapons[edit]
- Scythes can no longer strike more then 1 foe
- Modified Damage to 25-30 damage with a interval of 1.5
- When equipping a shield which you don't meet the req for you will now receive a armor bonus of 5 instead of 8
- Fixed the bug with PvP generated strength shield
The scythe changes will have a great impact on how to use a derv. Although the dps on a moron (somebody that doesn't kite) or casting target will increase you no longer have the AoE and your crits on somebody that isn't a moron decrease with 20 damage. I think this change is necessary if we ever want the scythe to be balanced AT ALL. People are wielding a shield without any spec all the time basically because it reduced damage with 10 %,I want to push people back to their normal sets or to spec to have it.
40/40 fix[edit]
- HSR and HCT no longer stack.This means that if you would use a 40/40 set the effects will overlap eachother and you will still have a 20 % chance to get a HSR or HCT.
Nightfall also introduced a powercreep when it comes to weapons.And thats just ignoring the fact that stats are alot easier to atain now.I'm nerfing the effect of 40/40 sets since I find them to be to Overpowered.
