Auto coloring system for event

When the event of the Dragon 2007 has started, I saw many edits to change color of event.

So I edit this template to make this manipulation automatique.

• Event Color

With some feedback, I'd preferred to make an other one (using the previous version), with only start/end parameters. Colours are by default gray for past, lightcoral for active and lightblue for future.

• Standard Event Color

Now the first version comes with default parameters. So second is not very usefull now and will be deleted soon.
