Disclaimer: Most of these skill changes have functionality changes. I would refrain from bashing a skill because of how you THINK it would work in practice, because in all likelyhood, less than 5% of the game population could use any Paragon skill properly <_<

5 Energy1 Activation time20 Recharge time - Elite Echo. For 5...13...15 seconds, you attack 33% faster and gain 33% more adrenaline. This skill reapplies itself whenever a shout or chant ends on you. (Attribute: Leadership)

5 Energy2 Recharge time - Elite Shout. Remove up to 1...3...3 conditions from target ally. That ally cannot be affected by Deep Wound for 2...8...10 seconds. (Attribute: Motivation)

5 Energy8 Recharge time - Elite Shout. 5 seconds. Other Allies within earshot below 2...9...11 energy gain 1...3...4 energy regeneration. (Attribute: Motivation)

8 Adrenaline1 Activation time2 Recharge time - Elite Chant. 5 seconds. The next 1...3...3 skills by each ally within earshot remove 1 condition. If no condition can be removed, that ally loses a hex instead. (Attribute: Motivation)
