Like Kenji, I studied under Master Togo for many years. When Shiro's plague broke out, I went with the other students to the mainland to help stop him. We helped the Emperor's forces hold back the Afflicted while Kenji, Mhenlo, and a few others fought Shiro inside the palace. After it was over, Kenji and I returned home to Shing Jae for a time. We grew restless, however, and left Cantha together.
