Parameters

1 (unnamed)

colors:

• grey or gray
• w, e, r, n, mo, me, a, rt, p or d for profession-specific color templates (font-bg: black, font-tint: dark, font-border:lighter)
• any delegates to Template:Any-color (default; font-bg: black, font-tint: dark, font-border:lighter)

2 (unnamed)

variations:

• lighter or tint for a light color
• light or background for a medium color (default)
• dark or border for a dark color
• font-lighter or font-border for a text color suitable with dark background
• font-light or font-bg for a text color suitable with medium background
• font-dark or font-tint for a text color suitable with light background

Notes

Font colors might be confusing, as e.g. font-tint corresponds to font-dark. One might read this as "font with a dark color" (font-dark) but "font to use with tint-colored background" (font-tint). It was initially the way around, but this should be more plausible...
