Haseo Mikami[edit]
"Mikami!" Said the Sunspear General. Desperate to show his skills Haseo stood from the bench where he was sitting. His Sunspear duties that day required him to protect a trading caravan going to Zehlon reach. However his brash and arrogant nature caused the Caravan to be overrun with Mandragor and later looted by Corsair scum.
His failure was answered with one more chance. His last one to become part of the Sunspear militia. "Your orders are simple Mikami, so if you fail me again I swear you will not be let off lightly." His Generals words echoed through his head as he traveled towards Lion's Arch. His task this day was to clear out the creature's of Abaddon from the Lion's Arch port. They had appeared there just recently and it was linked to the sudden troubles happening in Elona that time. On the voyage Haseo did not let his Arrogance subside and on more than one occasion fought with several of the crewmates due to an arguement.
The boat stopped dead at the port, the atmosphere was filled with uneasyness. Haseo stepped off the boat, his scythe in full view, as he walked towards the broken down port. Suddenly there was an eruption of noise. Haseo made a run towards the commotion. Two guards against a foul beast from The Gate of Madness. A Titan. Haseo lept in head first dragging the creature away from the Guards. This would have been a good tactic to distract the creature, except he had also caught the sight of several other Titans.
The battle had started, several guards came into port to join the fight. Haseo brimming with determination lept forward gouging one of the Titans through the eye, pulling his weight back and swinging the scythe round to cleave off anothers head, then landing underneath the legs of the last, slicing upwards to tear open the creatures stomach.
Haseo stood up, looking pleased. His work was done, or so he thought. The Titans opened behind him, Revealing smaller sections of the main body. Haseo was knocked to the ground. He had made the situation worse. They were now fighting six enemies instead of three. The guards didn't stand a chance, Mikami tried his best to fight off the creatures but in the end he was pushed back to the end of the pier. The last thing he saw was a flail of arrows from two shadowy figures, just before a Titan broke his ribs throwing him into the ocean.
Returning to consciousness. He awoke aside a Monk and the Two figures from before. "Pleased to meet you. My name is Fenrir Windstorm and this is my good friend and commander, Lamont Blitzer." The only remark Haseo cared to use was an angry scowl as he clambered to his feet and barged his way out the Monk's tent. Suddenly an arrow flew past skirting his face. "No thank you to the ones that saved you?" Lamont Blitzer's tone angered through the arrogance of Mikami. Raising his scythe to do battle he turned towards Blitzer. Without any words his large arms heaved the scythe into the air towards Lamont. Tearing through it much like the Titans he had attacked before. A second arrow flew towards him breaking the scythe in two and piercing through the palm of Haseo's hand. "That one's coated in poison." Said Fenrir Calmly. "You shouldn't try to attack my commander, it does not end well for you"
In Anger Haseo tore the arrow from his palm. Calling forth the power of the wind, he attempted to pull the Rangers from the very earth, However, in this one rare instance he decided not to due to the fact Blitzer stood aiming at his forehead. Another arrow poised to strike. "I will spare your life if you join with me. You may be young and brash, thinking yourself better than others but remember, it was I that saved your life this day. I have power over it and if you do not agree i can take it as easily as i saved it." The words echoed for what seemed like hours through Mikami's head.
In his agreement to join the Crimson Scourge, he was bound to the service of Lamont Blitzer. A life debt. Haseo agreed to stay until a time where he can repay his due. Till this day he is still fighting alongside the Crimson Scourge and using the guild for his own purpose.
Weapons and Armor[edit]
Haseo Adorns Primeval armor and wields the Hand of the forgotten an ancient and powerful scythe.
The Crimson Scourge[edit]
He joined the Crimson Scourge against his will and to this day is bound to the service of Lamont Blitzer, the guild leader. Although he fights alongside the Scourge he does not fight with them. He fights for his own incentives. Be it gold or fame, he has not changed since the days past and continues to care more for himself than the people around him. However Blitzer did not choose him to join for nothing. His strength and tactics can not be matched in the right circumstance and his brash nature is useful in heated situations, but, How long can Haseo survive without the guidance of the Scourge? Time will tell.
