Hello all, I'm fairly new to the wiki world, so please be gentle. That being said, I have decent experience with documentation and veteran experience with the game.
I've been playing Guild Wars since the World Preview Event. Over time I have accumulated way too many hours, and barely earned any special recognition to my name. Having come from a card playing background, I tend to have fun by just fiddling around with skill and profession combinations. I'm pretty happy where I am at the head of my guild of tight-knit friends, though I'd like to see more organized GvG in my life, I'm reasonably satisfied with the small tidbits I get every now and then.
In PvE, I like reading through a story quickly, and then running down alternate paths to stop and smell the roses the second time through. I enjoy pick-up groups, but hate that all the players that would normally make good companions are all off playing with heroes and henchmen, so I look forward to GW2 and its interesting new systems.
In PvP, I prefer the tactical dances in Alliance battles, and dislike the partial reliance on AI for Hero Battles. My account is UAX, so I tend to do a very large amount of experimentation, but I prefer making new things and sharing them through my guild forum or my blog.
Outside the game, I'm a second year computer systems/software engineering student residing in Ontario, Canada.
