I've been using Ghostly Staffs for all my characters and heroes but the only thing missing is the Mesmer's staff as its inspiration and not fast casting. I feel that these staffs are great because it requires the primary attribute of the profession, so only monks can use divine, elementalists can use everlasting, etc. It would be cool if you can replace Inspirational Ghostly staff with "Swift Ghostly Staff", which would require fast casting, just like the others in its family.
