Complaining[edit]
You're free to do it, but there's an appropriate place for it. Ideally, it would be the feedback namespace, but one's userspace is also acceptable. I don't have a problem with people flaming ANet — I do it, myself. Hell, I didn't really have a problem with people doing it on the game updates page (that's where I did it!). What I do have a problem with, though, is people essentially asking to be blocked (almost literally, in this case) by acting in contempt of clear-cut guidelines that exist for a reason.
That being said, do keep the shitstorm off of the game updates talk page — there's already one on my own talkpage, if you've something to add. — Raine Valen 5:59, 8 Jan 2011 (UTC)
- Get off my talk page. --122.111.229.52 06:49, 17 January 2011 (UTC)
- Talkpages are not "yours". They are the means for the wiki to contact you. Please keep topics in relevant areas or on proper talkpages as per above. G R E E N E R 07:01, 17 January 2011 (UTC)
- Implying we have to read these overexaggerated wiki-rules? Implying we read Salome's 'unreadable' (Highly unlikely anyone will visit an old update talk page) "warning"? Implying your pathetic link is actually going to be read? Hate to say it, but you like to imply alot of things. It's not like everyone loves you enough to click on your shit. Also, >Implying we know you (Or anyone else) are of 'power' in the GuildWars [Wiki]? --122.111.229.52 06:49, 17 January 2011 (UTC)
- Really, you don't have to read the rules, the warning, or the old update talk page; you don't have to click "pathetic" links or read the content therein. Similarly, admins don't have to link you to the rules or warn you before blocking you over rules that you elect not to familiarize yourself with. It's largely up to personal preference. — Raine Valen 18:13, 18 Jan 2011 (UTC)
