Shard's skill of the day page involves a lot of humorous stuff - jokes thrown in about costs vs benefits, encyclopedia dramatica-style wiki links, one-liners about various anet employees, stuff like that. Your addition, quite frankly, sounds like a gripe and therefore isn't funny at all.
Besides which, it's not your userspace so you have no say on its contents.

This is the discussion page for an anonymous user who has not created an account yet, or who does not use it.
