Hiya, welcome to gww :) I've moved your feedback to the correct location at Feedback:User/Dixon 664 - i.e. capital letter for your username as the feedback space is case sensitive.
I have also moved your suggestion from the feedback page onto a subpage at Feedback:User/Dixon 664/Inventory locking system for important items.
When creating feedback you should type the intended suggestion name into the box on the right hand side of your feedback page, followed by filling in the infobox and adding your suggestion. The suggestion will then appear on your feedback page. (Also the infobox needs filling out so that your suggestion is categorised correctly so that ArenaNet can read what you suggest :P ). Good luck!
