How about this to be a bit more specific about the builds you will allow?

• PvE builds must be established team based builds (can be a team of one in case of Invinci Monk and other farming or running builds). These must have an established, well defined purpose.
• PvP builds can be at an individual build guide level but must be GVG common builds (run by majority of top 100 guilds, as an arbitrary measure you can see them every other match in observer)
• Individual or Team Builds which are a popular phenomena, such as touch rangers, Iway, blood spike may also be covered. If you haven't heard of this build already it isn't a phenomena.
• Individual RA builds, or general PvE builds are strictly not allowed.

A new build guide should be developed in the user-space and only moved when it is completed. --Aspectacle 13:12, 9 February 2007 (PST)
