NPC categories

Heya. Just letting you know, in case you weren't aware of it (things around here are still messy, so can't really blame you for that), but it was discussed before here on the wiki that we should use location categories for the NPCs instead of area ones, (in other words, Category:Ruins of Surmia NPCs instead of Category:Ascalon NPCs), so as to keep the categories relevant and from getting too bloated.
