This spell is essentially an elite version of Stoning and I would not increase its recharge. However, it still is a ranged knockdown with huge damage, so I will both tone the damage down a bit and make the knockdown conditional. Keep in mind though that this skill has no area of effect (it could not become a variant of Psychic Instability). Kanda 18:35, 10 January 2011 (UTC)
