The image you just uploaded has been tagged for deletion because of naming. According to our guild pages policy, all images uploaded for use on your guild page has to be named with Guild <guild name> <image name>. So, this image: Image:GuildhallFoK.jpg should instead be named some thing like: Image:Guild Family Of Killers GuildhallFoK.jpg.
