No offense meant but this skill is way too "niche" It's completely overpowered on someone specialized in critical strikes and trash if it isn't.

Well it's good for anyone in conjunction with "Go For The Eyes!". As for crit sins, they have their own, better methods of daze so it doesnt really benifit them as much as you'd think. And if you think this skill is over powered, in means of dazed duration or recharge, you haven't met Broad Head Arrow...--
