No offense meant but this is a bad idea. Rangers will just spam it creating massive knockdown-way teams.

Here's the build for GvG and HA:

Hypothetical Build with this skill: Knockdown-way 1 WoH monk/Healer's Boon monk 1 RC Prot 1 Interrupt ranger with debilitating shot OR interrupt/shutdown mesmer OR miscellaneous support character 1 Savannah Heat elementalist OR Snare elementalist OR Enfeebling Blood spammer. 4 Heavy Spear Ranger/Paragons.

Basically, have your necro spam weakness randomly(it only costs 1 energy and 17% health sac is easily recovered) while your ranger/paragons throw knockdowns every 6 seconds each. Not hard to think of. --The preceding unsigned comment was added by User:71.174.27.5 (talk).

Well, I changed the recharge/cost to make it a little more hampering to use, but not to a point of nerfbat. Also I gave it more weakness duration, but made it have a 3 sec activation like Wild Toss? or whatever that anti stance spear attack is.-- Media Control talk 20:50, 31 October 2008 (UTC)
