Yes it origionally did more healing. But you know how Anet is about partywide heals, expecially non-monk monk ones.

I got a better idea. Instead of just buffing the numbers how about 10e 1s 25r "For 20 seconds whenever any party memeber within earshot is healed that party member is healed for 5...13...15 more health?"
