Yeah, I'm looking over these as I'm phasing them and it does look like too much (Plus energy denial seems in flavor in places like FA recently). I should either increase the recharge or lower the energy stolen. And to answer the first question, you technically steal your own energy, so you don't get as much compared to if an opponent removed it using something like cure or shatter hex.
