Make a pvp tutorial? LOL nobody at anet even plays the game. How do you expect them to teach retards how to win matches? "Be brave and strong?"
I do kind of agree that pvp needs to have some sort of test before you're allowed to RA with real people... like for those people who bring a W/Mo whose main damage comes from a bow. ~Shard

- That requires a good development team. The only thing impressive about GW1 is the graphics engine. The actual gameplay is a joke. You need people who pvp to make a good pvp tutorial...anet doesn't have those kinds of people. ~Shard
