Heya, one small tidbit on your signature. If you want to use a warrior icon, then you're going to have to upload that image to your userspace. To do that, just save it to your computer and re-upload under something like Image:User Peter Higgens signature.png. you can check out our signature policy if you'd like for more info. User Page Layout

May i inquire if u made the code for ur user page? The layout is awsome. Asking cause i would like to use it on my own page with some tweeks but i want to give credit where its due and not just snatch and grab without asking She of the Comfey Chair 15:49, 17 February 2009 (UTC)

I got the character page layout from User:KStarfire and tweaked it to suit me. I thought I had put credit at the bottom of the page, but just noticed I hadn't. Feel free to copy and tweak mine as you wish. Peter Higgins 15:56, 17 February 2009 (UTC)

Hello, just a wee heads up but i think your ackowledgement may be in error, the original creator of the page format you are now using is User:Lensor, it's just User:KStarfire has neglected to acknowledge her as the source for his page's coding. have a wee look through her history and you will see that shes been using different variations of the template for a long time. EDIT: I know this as I use a heavily edited version of her page layout myself and have done for about 2 years :) -- Salome 13:29, 18 February 2009 (UTC)

It's really up to you mate, their's no hard and fast rule for it. Even giving credit is discretionary in the first place. Especially in regards to this user page template, as its one of the most widely used on the wiki. Ultimately Lensor is the person who created the bones of it, however since then so many people have modded it to fit their own tastes/needs, that it's now arguably no longer her template they are using. Personally what I've done on mine is make a wee userbox (which you are welcome to use if you wish) which gives credit to Lensor (due to her doing all the foundation coding which is normally the hard part), and then giving credit to other people who's codding ive added to the template for my own use, but as I said its really up to you. I've had a wee gander at Starfire's page and personally I can't see any major mods hes made to already existing templates, don't get me wrong it's a very nice page he's got, but its very similar to alot of existing pages that have utilized Lensor's designs, thus personally I would give the kudos to Lensor, but if you wish you can give it to both as even though Lensor did the barebones programming, it's still starfires page which inspired you. Oh by the way if you ever need help with your user page, please feel free to ask.
