Warrior[edit]
Ranger[edit]
- Barbed Arrows: Preparation. For 24 seconds, your arrows cause Bleeding for 3...13...15 seconds.
- Changed: Removed easily interruptable clause. Increased preparation duration.
- Reason: Bleeding doesn't output as much pressure as Poison. In addition, despite the obvious synergy with Poison Arrow, players can gain more utility from Crippling Shot or Magebane Shot.
Monk[edit]
- Life Sheath: Elite Enchantment Spell. For 2...6...7 seconds, target ally has a 50% chance to negate incoming damage.
- Changed: Reduced recharge to 5 seconds. Reworked skill.
- Reason: Shield of Deflection is the elite heavy prot. It seems like Life Sheath was intended to be the elite "small prot". By re-working the skill, it matches the pre-action necessary with that of a Guardian, but gains "elite status" by negating all damage, including chaos, elemental, holy, shadow, etc.
Necro[edit]
Mesmer[edit]
- Power Flux: Elite Spell. If target foe is casting a Spell or a Chant, that Skill is interrupted and that foe and foes nearby lose 3...12...14 Energy.
- Changed: Increased recharge to 18 seconds. Reworked skill to be an AoE Power Leak.
- Reason: Current skill is useless because it is a hex.
Elementalist[edit]
Assassin[edit]
Ritualist[edit]
- Mending Grip: Spell. Target ally is healed for 15...63...75 Health. If that ally is under the effects of a weapon Spell, that ally loses one Condition.
- Changed: Decrease Cast Time to 3/4 seconds. Decrease Recharge to 4 seconds.
- Reason: Puts it in line with Dimiss Condition, but this skill still needs a weapon spell to activate both the heal and the condition removal.
