If youre talking about inserting a ":" before somebody's comment (im assuming its yours) that was for the benefit of teh reader so that the previous paragraph could be related to the one after it and also to make the page look better. Sorry if I it was insulting or w/e. On GW, there is a policy about these things and it states that anything that obviously needs correcting may be corrected by any user. There are three sitting bureaucrats at any one time. Each election only decides the seat of one of those bureaucrats. Atm we have Xeeron and LordBiro as sitting bureaucrats. Dirigible is still a bureaucrat until this election is over, but it is his seat which is up for election. After this election the bureaucrats will be Xeeron, LordBiro and whoever wins this election. I beleive, and may be wrong, that LordBiro's seat goes up for re-election at the end of January / beginning of February.
