I can make a box that changes quotes every 10 seconds or so, but in order for it to update often you would have to run it noncached. — Seru Talk 20:06, 18 September 2008 (UTC)

Umm i really dont want many people using the {{time}} template cause of the uncachedness of it. If you want it to change then you have to kind of make it a template that the colors can change as part of a parser function.22:30, 20 September 2008 (UTC)
