2116: Sneak Attack: Lead Attack. If this attack hits, target foe is Blinded for X. This attack counts as lead attack. (Title: Ebon Vanguard Title Track) 5e 5r
2421: Weakness Trap: Trap. When Weakness Trap is triggered, all nearby foes are Weaked for X seconds and take Y lighting damage. All Charr are knocked down. Weakness Trap ends after 90 seconds. While activating this skill, you are easily interrupted. (Title: Ebon Vanguard Title Track) 10e 2a 30r
2234: Ebon Vanguard Sniper Support: Spell. Target foe and all adjacent foes are stuck for X piercing damage. If this attack hits a Charr, it also begins Bleeding for Y seconds. (Title: Ebon Vanguard Title Track) 10e 1a 15r
2230: Tryptophan Signet: Signet. For X seconds, target touched foe and all adjacent foes move and attack Y% slower. (Title: Ebon Vanguard Title Track) 1a 15r
2229: Signet of Infection: Signet. If target foe is Bleeding, that foe is Diseased for X seconds. (Title: Ebon Vanguard Title Track) 1a 10r
2222: Snow Storm: Spell. Create a Snow Storm at target foe's location. For 5 seconds, foes adjacent to that location are stuck for X cold damage each second. (Title: Deldrimor Title Track) 15e 2a 10r
2218: Drunken Master: Stance. For X seconds, your movement and attack speeds are increased by y%. If you are drunk while activation this Skill, your movement and attack speeds are increased by Z% instead. (Title: Deldrimor Title Track) 5e 1a 60r
