如何解封[edit]
被封之后，需要做的就是提供一系列的信息，在这个页面中。
Question中需要写明您的一些基本信息。
- Character names:游戏人物信息
- Error message:提示的错误信息
- Serial:游戏充值信息CDK
- Game Account:游戏帐号
当然，在Question中可以补充一些您的意见，比如你是在做什么被封的，你的怀疑等等。
I only play PVE or give my friend items...My account got suspended again, and I believe Anet should do something to compensate for hurting my feelings. I demand Compensate for the loss.
Gaile，是一个知名人物(Guildwars社区负责人)，可以与她联系，然后在申诉的时候写上相关内容。不过Gaile已经离开Guildwars社区了。
I talked to Gaile about this issue and he told me to ask you for the records & other information he would need to help me.

一些技巧与申辩[edit]
当帐号被封以后，发过去的信息，ANET一般会很强硬的回复你诸如：号已经被封无法解之类的话，那么我们可以这样说：
Your system has repeatedly blocked my account just because I traded with my friends? In fact, to avoid your account ban I kept my trade frequency to the minimum. What you did really hurt my passion for GW and I ask for your compensation.
这是针对因为交易的玩家被封的情况，可以质问他们的系统，然后告诉ANET你的交易对象的名字，要使用强硬的口气。
Please answer my qustion: HOW did I sell items for cash? WHAT did I sell? With WHOM? Please explain with evidence.
I'm just an ordinary GW player. I accumulated my in-game money and items little by little on my own. You may call this farming, but everyone may farm in GW and I did it for my own pleasure or gave some of the items to my friends. That's it! No illegal trading whatsoever. Just because I come from China doesn't mean I have to be one of those stereotypical gold farmers. Did I get banned because of your prejudice against us? Is this the so-called "freedom and equality" advocated in America?
Please be responsible for what you said. Again, I want your evidence or my account back. Thank you.
