GW | Mechanics | Festival Hat Maker

Being a complete noob, and going for the Survivor Title, I always delete my characters before I went to the Hat Maker to "store" my new festival hats. Since I still have those hats, I was wondering if ArenaNet can add another function to the Festival Hat Makers: For 10 Platinum and 10 skill points, the NPC can craft another customized festival hat in the inventory. --The preceding unsigned comment was added by User:Zeo Of The Heavens (talk).
