Issue
Golden Fox Strike does more DPS than it over time if you spam it, and it is unblockable. Black Mantis does more than it too, and it has a snare. Unsuspecting, although it costs more, can do more DPS than it in 1..2 hits. It is pittiful pressure and trying to get it on everyone on a team is simply unrealistic.
Suggestion
Give it bonus damage and raise the recharge to 4. 10...30 I don't think would be too much.

my only issue is using in condition spike build, it hits 9-17 dmg in pvp,and not really good for a starting spike, i know its spammable

suggestion

increase recharge to 3 sec Inflicts bleeding for (duration whatever), if target foe is already bleeding, target takes 10..50..60 dmg,This attack has a 50% chance to miss if target foe is bleeding, this attack counts as a lead attack. Annoying And Deadly 03:21, 3 April 2008 (UTC)

Proposal

Issue

Jagged Strike is an energy based attack skill that causes bleeding and no plus damage and is placed in a weapon line that has low base damage.

Suggestion

Add a conditional clause to make this skill more appealing.

  1. While under the effects of a weapon spell this attack does +8...18...20 damage. (A spammable attack with a requirement outside of the primary profession)
  2. This attack also cripples moving foes for 3 seconds. (A flat cripple duration to help get chains off and pressure more.)
