self applied weakness makes a mellee class useless

Suggestion

5 8 scythe attack if this attack hits it applies Deep Wound for +3...8...9 seconds. This attack cannot Crit

5 10 melee attack if this attack hits it applies weakness for +3...8...9 seconds

It apparently it is believed that DW on dervs is overpowered, but melee weapons Must have DW options preferably non elite

If a reliable non elite and non gimping deep wound is not to your likeing stick with the name and make it apply weakness
