Issue

Put simply, this stinks. Compared to its cousins in other elemental lines, Glowstone is a projectile with the most difficult condition, and has only a 1 sec lower recharge to make up for it.

Suggestion

One of these, or a combination:

• Lower recharge.
• Make it a fast-moving projectile.
• Add second condition or make the existing one easier.
