Issue
-No synergy with skills that don't have "Lose all Energy" already written in like Rebirth.
Suggestion
-Move to Energy Storage.
-Change functionality to:

5 Energy1 Activation time15 Recharge time - (Energy Storage) - Glyph. Your next spell casts instantly but costs 200...100...75% more Energy.
