A/E's using it with Deadly Paradox to maintain Shadow Form in PvE

Issue

Permanent shadow form is imbalanced

Solution

Make this glyph only affect Elementalist spells.

Inherently broken skill, abused by secondary professions

Issue

Used to recharge skills that were never intended to be recharges by this, such as Visions of Regret and Arcane Languor.

Suggestion

Same as above, only affects Elementalist skills.
