Feedback on the August 7, 2008 update

Issue
Recharge time makes it bad for doing damage.
Suggestion
Decrease recharge to 8 seconds, reduce Dazed duration to 1...4...5 seconds, increase AoE of the lightning damage to nearby(the Dazed AoE should be kept at adjacent.)

High recharge time and low damage, but powerful condition (if it hits.)
Suggestion

10 Energy2 Activation time12 Recharge time Elite Hex Spell. (3 seconds.) Deals 10...82...100 damage. End effect: inflicts Daze (1...7...8 seconds) on target and adjacent foes. 25% armor penetration.

Make it match the Image 22 June 2009

Issue
The secondary effect rarely will hit anyone.
The image has people being thrown back from a lightning strike between them, as in Knocked Down
Suggestion
Change secondary effect to Knock Down. Reduce the time for the secondary effect (Knock Down) to hit down to 2 seconds, instead of 3. Add some AoE damage to the secondary effect 5...41...50 (perhaps make it chaos since this is the clap's damage), and reduce initial damage to 5...41...50, which will stay as a single target damage.
