Discussion

Issue

Due to the fact that this skill uses your attributes for the acquired skill instead of the attributes of the foe you acquired it from, the only real use of this skill is Enchantment Removal.

Suggestion

Reduce energy gain, increase recharge, and give you the same attributes for this skill as the person that used the skill originally.

Effect: same as old one, less energy gain and "You can use that skill as if you had (0..8..10) attribute in it's attribute".
