- Issue
- -This skill only steals elite skills, only allows the Mesmer to use elite spells, and then continue to let them use it.
- -Unlike all other skills that "steal" skills, this does not disable the corresponding original.
- -Simple Thievery can be used to steal any skill while disabling it on a foe's bar.
- Suggestion
- -Allow it to disable Elite skill.
- -Allow stolen Elite Sigents to use FC-ranks.

- (Fast Casting) - Elite Skill. (1...25...31 seconds.) This skill becomes the Elite of target foe. Elite spells or signets you cast use your Fast Casting attribute instead of their normal attributes.
