Issue
Cracked Armor is abit weak to count as a condition, sure it softens up a target a bit 29% at most (vs 80 armor) and then less the more armor or less armor a target has. I think it needs abit of a buff since its not really a condition that is taken serous enough not anyway near the other condition and since its quite rare as a condition I think its deserves a higher threat.
Suggestion
I'd really like to see a condition that lowered Blocking rates not nessecarily by 100% but atleast a little bit, just to make the condition more of a threat, and besides conditions are very easy to remove.
Condition. While suffering from this Condition, you have -20 armor (minimum 60) and can only block up to 33% of incoming attack while using blocking skills.
or lower it by 100% and then remove the physical armor reduction.
Condition. While suffering from this Condition, you have -20 armor vs elemental (minimum 60) and can not block incoming attacks while using blocking skills.

Issue
If cracked armor is too weak I have an idea...
Suggestion
Condition. While suffering from this Condition, your insignias have no effect and you have -10 armor (minimum 60).
Now it would have a nice effect even on squishies. If it would be too powerful, how about "half effect"?

Another anti-meele condition.Improve it on caster too.
Suggestion
While Suffering from this Condition you have -10 armor(minimum 60),you cannot block incoming attacks by using blocking skills and you take 10%(or 25%) more damage.
Why that? Because Cracked Armor i mean that you cannot have armor so any attacks are absorbed on body, which is more vulnerable to damage than armor.
