• Issue: This is part of my "make Smiting viable" campaign. Make this skill more active and improve it. It is just bad now for PvP.

• Suggestion: "Enchantment Spell. (5 seconds.) Deals 12...25...30 holy damage each second to foes adjacent to target ally." *15 Energy / *1 Activation / *15 Recharge
