Useless compared with Mend Body and Soul

Issue

Underpowered compared to the Ritualist skill Mend Body and Soul. Ethereal Light has less healing on all levels, longer recharge, longer cast time, and is easily interrupted.

Solution

Remove "easily interrupted", increase healing to 30...102...120. To prevent overuse with Healer's Boon add "If you are under the effects of a monk enchantment this takes an additional 3 seconds to recharge."
