Useless compared to Word of Healing

Issue

The high energy/low recharge on this is skill is pointless.

Issue

Reduce energy to 5, increase recharge time to 7 seconds. This would make running it with its duplicate skill actually worthwhile.

increase recharge to 4-5 seconds make it self targetable add all your none monks spells are disabled for 3 secondsthis will bring over elite skills into use that normaly wouldnt see use because woh and zb
