Recharge too long
- Issue
- It can't handle anywhere near the number of conditions skills from other lines can.
- Suggestion
- Reduce recharge to somewhere in the region of 4-5. Possibly decrease the area of the holy damage to compensate.

- Issue
- Too big an aoe effect makes builds with hero smiters too good at pressure.
- Solution
- Obviously, reduce the aoe range to "nearby." Same thing on smite hex.
