Issue
creates a knock-lock situation when combined with low recharge hexes like Wastrel's Worry or Parasitic Bond (knockdown lasts for 2 seconds)
has the same duration to recharge issue as pre-balance Reaper's Mark (long duration, low recharge)
Suggestion
Increase recharge to ~15-20seconds so removal is an option

Issue
Why do these unique, lovely Necromancer elites keep getting changed to something that is so different to the original?...Soul Bind and Wail of Doom were such unique skills that were fun to use. Why change the funcionality completely?
The new version sounds so over powered. A hex that deals damage to a healer with a 30 second duration and 5 seconds recharge...you can put this on a whole team in no time!
Suggestion
Re-Implement the old versions of these skills in some way, please.
